Refund & Returns Policy

Every HuskRest order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your buckwheat pillow arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

How it works

  1. Email contact@buckwheat-pillow.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps — for example, a weak zipper or a shape you're not happy with).
  3. We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

If a buckwheat pillow is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.

What isn't covered

Normal wear from months of use, and minor variations in fill smell or firmness (a natural characteristic of buckwheat hulls, not a defect), are not treated as faults. If in doubt, just email us — we'd rather look at it than leave you guessing.
